No you're not!! I *so* agree with you!!

During the summer I don't really mind, but the rest of the year that's another story...

I do believe that the worst thing in the world is getting in the shower at 5:30 a.m. during the winter!!! you know, when the temperature in the house is freezing b/c the heating system works so bad... just getting out of the covers is frikkin hard, let alone getting wet...

Anyway the water is always too hot or too cold, seems like I never get it right LOL

Only when my house is cold. I turned the temperature down on the hot water so that it's just very warm instead of hot. So I can just turn the water all the way to the hot side and get the right temperature for showering. But if the house is cold, I light a fire in the woodstove and wait until the place heats up.

I adjust the shower before I turn the water on. Yes, I have had it too hot or too cold, but I never think about being too cold when I get out.
Maybe I need to take more cold showers. lol

when i get up at 5 am or 6 am the house is somewhere around 45 degrees F.(i kinda like colder temps) i get up, turn on the radio...i have a thing that i need music when showering, maybe to sing to lol, after done showering, i just stay in the tub/shower and dry off in there before opening the curtain all the way(that way, all the heat is conserved in there and doesn't escape)..that way you are dry and then you wont be cold when you step out of the shower...because the main reason you are cold when you get out of the shower is because you are wet!

Check the water before you get in and turn on the heat in the home so when you get out, it won't be cold.

Cover yourself up with a big towel that way it will help from getting cold when you get out the shower.

you will feel clean, fresh and relax if you shower right and no stress also. this is true!!!

Just get a portable heater and put it the bathroom. Turn it on before you jump in, and when you're done and stepping out of the water, it'll be nice and toasty. As for the water being too hot or cold when you get in, try testing it on your arm (not just your hand, which isn't that sensitive) in a couple places before getting in.

turn on the shower then test it with your hand till it's comfy on the underside of your wrist, once you've pciked a temp then that should be how it'll feel when you get in. once you get out, if it feels cooler than b4 and you haven't changed naything then it's jsut because your skin tem has heated up because of the hot water and you've adapted to the temp. it's normal, unless you want to increase the water temp for a min or two before u get out so u're warm when u leave, or something, then there's nothing else to do...it's just normal

I wouldn't have told anyone that if I were U,
No, I love the shower, the benefits of being clean overshadow any fear of being cold or any other silly fear.
Hate getting in the shower- I've heard it all now.
