if he has not realized that you really like him by now then he probably has never realized that you showed any interest. you may want to let him know before it is too late. personally, i would just let go of him. because if it turns out that he doesnt like you, it will be a bigger heartache.

It depends. If you talk to the person in question on a regular basis and you think they might reciprocate then I think you should just tell them. I think it is horrible to keep stuff like that in when you have a chance to lay it out. On the other hand if you do not see the person on a regular basis or you do not think they would like you back I would recommend that you move on. It depends on several factors. Is this person a friend, a coworker, both? You might not want to ruin a friendship or a work relationship. Different factors lead to different answers. So you have to think about those different factors.

I was in a similar problem not too long ago. A coworker I eventually really started liking. I did not want things to get weird since we worked in a small office so I never told her what I felt and I knew she liked me very much as well. Well she is now in another city and I have lost touch with her. I regret that I did not tell her what I felt. It is one of my few genuine regrets in my life.
