Oh God I feel awful. This happens once in a while but I start to have nauseas and because I suffer from a phobia and can creat panic attacks, I would like to know how can help me. Please I really really need it. I want to cure my nauseas because I don't like to throw up...I have a phobia to that.
By the way this is not pregnancy.

Try eating some Ginger Snap cookies. Ginger is a natural stomach soother and since ginger pills arn't in everyone's medicine cabinet and the Ginger Snap cookies are at the market, it may bethe way to go.

Ask your doctor about Xanax. Its an anti anxiety pill that helps for many things. I take it because when I get too stressed out/have a panic attack I get nausea. The xanax helps calm the stomach down & settles your nerves. I have never felt or had any bad side effects. If you dont want to go to the doctor for this (Which you probably should) try Maloxx it works way better than Pepto Bismol

I learned to sniff rubbing alcohol to help with nausea in the emergency room (the nurses told me to do that). To rehydrate you can try sucking on ice cubes until you are ready to drink. Sometimes the cold cubes help with the nausea as well. Feel better.

candied ginger will help with the nausea. You might talk to your doctor about gettting some medication for your anxiety, like Xanax, and compazine for your nausea.
