Depending on how far she fell and how she landed, did she hit her head? If she has a concussion she should not sleep! Sounds like she hurt herself though. I would take her to the vet to be safe. She might have just had a good scare, but I would rather err on the side of caution. Good luck, I hope she's fine!

Sounds like dog is trying to get your attention and it your dog way of saying that your dog is hurt, get to the vet and get your dog check out as soon as posible.

I think you should be worried. Dogs don't cry for no reason. Please take her to the vet or at least call the vet for their advice. Dogs can get hurt easier than you might think and normally don't cry. If she is crying it must really hurt her. Good luck to you and your dog.

She's probably hurt. I would take her to a ver to make sure. If she is acting tired she might have a concussion.

you should take him to a vet to get the dog examined to see if anything is wrong with but pronto fast before things get worse

Please get her to a vet, she's hurt in some way.
Could just be bruised or something more serious, there's no way to know with out getting her checked
