If you have a Social or driver's license number you can find just about anyone. the first three number of the social identify what state the social was issued in. use web sites like skipease.com to enter her information. Also use the court websites case lookup, just enter in her last name and first name because these sites can be super sensitive and easy to overload with information. Try checking with the motor vehicle for information or get ahold of a bail bonds agent..and asking them their methods for finding people... its their job to find people so they have a lot of resources.

Try reunion.com. Even if she's not a member any info they have on her (address, phone number, etc.) will pop up. For a price of course, but if your serious the price will be worth it!
