How do import a contacts list from a Palm Pilot to a Blackerry?

I'm hoping that Lotus Notes works similarly to outlook.

So if this was outlook, I would sync my palm pilot with outlook(export from palm pilot to outlook).

After that, I would sync my blackberry with outlook(import from outlook to blackberry).
