task manager disabled when i start the computer how to i enable it?

In the registry i go this path(HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System ) and Change DisableTaskMgr to 0 then immediately task manager appeared in my task bar but after my restart the computer again the same problem occured

sounds like you have a virus or spyware. run some anti-spyware and anti-virus software and do a scan.

I would absolutely run your anti-virus and spyware software first as a precaution.

Then click start
click run
type services.msc and enter or ok
then scroll to sheduled tasks and click enable.
