i just started dating this guy...and i really like him a lot, so thats why i want to introduce him to my family...this will be the first time for myself to bring a bf home to meet my family. Im really nervous to what my parents will think...my dad will love him cuz thats just his personality to do so...
but im worried about my mom. She is very shy and doesnt like to be social...She has a problem for making ppl feel welcomed....my mom is full mexican ...and im half mexican and white But i look like a white girl. My new bf is Samoan. and i think my mom wouldnt aprove....how can i make this situation better? or should i just wait awhile til me and my bf's realtionship is deeper?

The first thing is to make sure that your mother knows that your boyfriend is Somoan, don't let it be a surprise. Also tell your boyfriend how your mother is so he is not surprised. Have a talk with your mother and tell her how you hope that she will be around your boyfriend,

You should wait until the relationship is more deeper because if you introduce him and yall break up a month or two later than that wouldn't look good towards your mom because she would think your not careful with dating people or choosing people to date. also talk to your mom about how she feels about what race you date.

Introduce her by having her walk in while he's taking you on your bed. Stage it so that you both come everywhere when she walks in. It'll be a day no one will ever forget.
