I need to loose weight badly
I have a HUGE problem I eat not because I am hungry but because I am bored how do I overcome this ???
what can I do ??
Can anyone suggest any books to read
I like love stories

A lot of people eat because they are bored. I suggest you take up a job, hobby, class or anything you have to do regularly, preferably if it makes you leave the house. Join a community of similar interests. Go for a hike or a calming walk on the beach. Take a class to learn something that interests you (such as calligraphy or swimming.) And when you're having fun, you won't even feel like you're trying to lose weight.

Books are great, but just get out and run.
Run/jog 2 miles per day 6 days per week.
Buy a great pair of running sneakers.
Buy clothes that keep you cool while working out.

well, you could read in general instead of being bored and eating (I'm guilty of the same thing) you can find something you like to do to keep busy, a hobby, art, music, whatever to keep you busy gal!

go for a walk or go find something that is outta the house and away from the fridge. you'll over come it once you find something you enjoy doing away from food.
