i really want to tell my boyfriend I love him but I"m afraid he will get freaked out so how can i show i care without saying i love you?

What is with these "he'll freak out" questions?
Are these MEN we are talking about? They sound like babies.
If you and he are not copacetic on this, you are saying it prematurely.
Just because you feel it doesn't mean you have to say it.
Unless your motive is just hoping to hear it back.

Well how sure are you that you do? Why are you so scared of how he'll react? I would say and this way you'll know if you are wasting your time or not. Maybe he feels the same way. If there is that feeling then why hide behind it? Go for it girl!!!
You just need to get it over with and then your feel better.

Girls want to feel loved. Guys want to feel admired. It makes them all warm and fuzzy inside. Tell him what a great athlete, mathematician, cook, mechanic, artist, or whatever he is. He will really like that and he'll know you like him.
