The story about the stork is a cop-out by your mother. Men and women have different functions. Men carry the seed of life, and women carry, and nurture the baby. How this is done is a wonderful gift that God gives us! My sister when she was only 6 years old, complained to her Mother that she only had a hole, and did not look like Johnny.
What her brother had was called a penis. What my sister had is called a vagina.
Honey, when a boy and a girl fall in love, and get married, the boy, (a man) inserts his penis into his mate's vagina, releases the seed, which swims up to the ovaries in the woman's body where it is fertilized. The egg in the woman's ovaries begins to grow. Cell after cell splits, and forms itself into a living, breathing baby. This is a wonderful process, that not even doctors can understand.
I hope honey, that you know that some people are uncomfortable talking about it. If they are, don't press it. Feel good that you know something youre mother doesn't even want to talk about. Remind her that this is God's gift, being able to have, carry, and nurse children. I hope, someday you will have lot of them. Don't you?
