Bound's hubby here:
MOA actually stands for "Minute Of Angle" which is equal to about 1.016 inches per 100 yards distance. It is a reference for the accuracy potential (group size, typically a ten shot group) of a firearm. Target rifles and varmint rifles generally shoot one minute of angle or less. [One MOA would be, roughly: 1 inch at a hundred yards, 2 inches at 200 yards, 3 inches at 300 yards, etc.] Competitive riflemen and varmint hunters strive for rifles that shoot less than one MOA.
Rifle and ammunition combinations can be had as accurate as 1/4 MOA.

there are none for a start you need to look at what God means, God is a title not a name and the word God also includes the angels and even we are called gods, if you look in the old testament you will find that when it is talking about the creator it will read "LORD God" but when David is referring to the Messiah in the Psalms he uses the term "Lord" as you can read in Psalm 110:1 "The LORD says to my Lord: Sit at my Right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet". In John 1:1 people use the word as a literal word but the Greek word for word has more than one meaning, it is the spoken word or thought or intention or reasoning, the trinity teaching is wrong and a disaster for christianity and people should study the subject not believe what they are taught, if God became a man and died then God is a liar as he said that he is immortal and cannot die and the bible says that God is not a liar, the scripture used where Jesus says "I and my father are one" is used to say one being but he never said that so you have to ask one what? Certain translators have rearranged some passages to read that meaning like Romans 9:5, compare different versions. The New International version is changed to fit the trinity but is not correctly translated.

MOA means "minute of angle." One minute of angle is 1.047 inches at 100 yards. A rifle is considered to be "accurate" if it will group three to five shots inside a 1-inch circle at 100 yards. A precision target rifle will put that 3-, 5- or even 10-shot group into the one-inch circle at 200 yards, making it a "half-minute" rifle. The world's record for accuracy at 1000 yards is 2.67 inches, making that rifle accurate to just slightly less than one-quarter minute-of-angle. Very accurate, indeed...

Minute of angle. This is the sub-degree of a 360 circle. This loosely means a rifle will pattern in one inch at 100 yards.

The acronym refers to "Minute Of Angle", a measurement used to determine accuracy of a firearm's sighting. Refer to the below link for a more detailed explanation.

Yep, Bounds Hubby hit the nail on the head. I don't know what Kim was thinking about with her answer of "Middle of Arc" but it is WRONG.
