The following are products that I truly believe in and use to maintain good hair health. However, depending on the specifics of hair and the processes it has been through, there comes a time when the damage has gone too far. The only solution is: A HAIRCUT!

Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave In
Grund Tiger Masque
Nioxin Reconstructive Treatment
Redken All Soft Treatment
Bumble & bumble Deeep Treatment - my favorite!

Deep condition constantly, condition your hair regularly try to only wash it every other day because the oils in your hair keep your hair healthy, use shampoos and conditioners specially formulated for dyed hair, also don't dye and then highlight your hair at home without waiting about two days keeps your hair from getting too dry.

anything with out alchol in the ingreadeance you can also use a conditioning treatment
step1:get con. put all over hair so u can c it
step2:then get a plastic bag put over hair.
step3: (dryer optional)either wait like 45 min with stuff on hair and under the bag and then rinse hair OR blow dryer on med to low blow setting and hold 2-3 feet away from head for about 15 min. this treatment leaves hair smooth you have to remember hair is pooris just like ur skin is when ur not dyeing ur hair clog the poors of ur hair to keep color in longer also try washing hair every 2-3 days not every day natural oils in hair are the best thing for it

First you must know that permanent hair color is harsher, lasts longer .
Semi permanent is almost entirely made of conditioner and washes out sooner. It also improves the texture and shine of your hair in between permanent coloring.
I switch between the two. If my hair is dry and getting overprocessed I switch to a non permanent color the same color as the permanent one and use it and use the color shampoo in between.
When I want to really do a job, I get a color lifter....blonde and put it on and it makes my hair light, blonde. Then I pick the shad of permanent color I want and put that one on and leave it for 30 minutes. I do this only twice a year. The rest of the time I switch between shades of brow to reddish colors, depending on my mood. Sometimes I mix my own, reddish with brown and I get two colors out of a bottle since my hair is short. I just mix the amount that I need and save the rest. good luck. I use all different products , whatever is cheap or on sale.

Purology is the absolutely best product for color treated hair. From the shampoos to the hair sprays, they all have color protectant in them. It's pricey, but it's the best thing you could ever buy.

Wigs!

If you keep dying your hair month after month, year after year, sooner or later it will just fall out.
