The people who can after Adam and Eve were their children,grandchildren and so on. God only created one man Adam and one woman Eve from the rib of Adam.

He told Adam and Eve to be fruitful and multipy. Adam lived 939 years and had many sons and daught that also had many sons and daughts. All people came from Adam and Eve. Romans 5: 12 Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned: Genesis 3: 20 And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

No before ADAM and EVE as they met other tribes Outside of the Garden After they were Escorted out of the Garden of EDEN.So the real question is how were they made and when and where.

I believe that he realized that they had flaws and decided to put those into all of us!!!!Also Adam was made from dirt and Eve from Adams rib

They had children and their children had children.GOD did not destroy Adam and Eve he just banned them from the Garden of Eden.

Okay, so this is gross to us today, but brother married sister. Then later cousins to cousins, etc. They had better physical health and less genetic imperfection, so they could procreate without causing birth defects.
