Are homosexuals(gays) born that way or is it a learned, psychological behavior?

absorbed dietary fat goes through the liver and stored fat on belly or thighs etc also goes through the liver. difference is that after eating it goes through the liver, gets metabolised and rest gets redirected for storage. when we exercise we use calories more than we were taking in, then the saved fat is metabolised in the liver to make more energy that we are consuming, good luck

The thing is, fat doesn't leave your body. Fat is stored in cells are what make you fat and the more you have and the larger the cells are, the larger you are. This is also where cellulite comes into play. The more fat you consume and build up, the more fat you'll have. The fat cells will never go away unless you get them removed through surgery, but they do "deflate" by eating less fat and calories and by exercising.
You may have stopped losing weight because of the fat still on your body.

It is used for fuel by the body and therefore gets broken down. However this doesn't occur unless a person is exercising and the exercise has to be of an aerobic nature. Such as running or something that will cause heavier breathing, (the term aerobic means with oxygen).
The exercise needs tobe continuous for 20 mins plus. prior to this energy is taken from the glycogen deposits in the liver.
People lose weight when they eat less but it is not usually fat. It is often muscle tissue. Weight loss is most effective when portions are reduced in size and exercise is taken.

No, fat is primarily eliminated from the body by metabolizing it and the biggest metabolizers of fat are your muscles. The best way to do it is thru combined diet and exercise, preferrably aerobic exercise.
One pound of fat is roughly about 3500 calories so u have to cause a calorie deficit of about this much to lose a pound of fat.

Keep a tiny water glass, which you ought to refill often, instead of a big water bottle on your workspace.
