Yes,I can agree to some of this, but the cop had spotted me in town at a service station. He went on down the road and 3 4 miles later he was on my tail, I was doing 50 at that time. He pulled the gun after he told me to pull the stuff out of my back pack, this was before my friend came back, the traffic was heavy. Cars on the other side were passing me and the cop and yes, I went faster, not knowing what he was doing. He turned on his blue lights and then shined the spot light as if I was going to run. I had to get to the right to pull over with out getting hit from other vehicle. He told me to reach in my back pack and I did as I was told, only to get a gun pulled on me. He calmed down when my friend show up after he hollered for him to stop and he did. The friend told him he was behind me to keep the out of town traffic off my tail.

So, you were at the service station, but you were doing 50? And the cop was driving while he had his gun on you AND he was shouting-all while he was driving? Wait till the drugs and/or alcohol wear off and then post your "question" again

He could in simple terms be going interior the comparable direction as you. yet, even paranoid human beings have enemies. In my city, if a cop sees somebody utilising interior the wee hours in a undeniable community that's packed with bars, there's a respectable probability the guy is DUI. law enforcement officials will in lots of cases carry on with automobiles for slightly to work out in the event that they violate any site visitors rules so as that the cop can pull the automobile over to work out if the driving force is inebriated. A cop could additionally be finding for a automobile of an identical description that become in contact in against the regulation. There are a million explanation why a cop could carry on with you and any guess as to why this actual cop accompanied in this actual place in this actual night could be in simple terms stupid.

Umm your STORY has some serious flaws.
1) He pulled a gun on you, he would not do this unless you posed a serious threat to him
2) He had YOU pull the stuff out of your bag umm no sorry we (the police) must take the stuff out for all we know you may pull a gun out of that bag
3) If someone just shows up while we are doing a traffic stop we usually will tell them to go away or get back into their car. We are trained not to listen to bypassers. therefore him calming down when your friend yelled at him is not plausible.
