Depends on how much hair loss.

You usually lose a certain amount everyday, but a little more could be to stress, poor diet, or lack of a routine sleep schedule.

If its not an excessive amount of hair loss, I wouldn't worry about it. But if it seems un natural, i would go see a doctor.

It can be! Stress of any kind can cause lots of damage, namely hair loss!
If you think too much about something that worries you for a certain period of time, you get stressed, and it can appear in the shape of hair loss, increase or decrease of weight, headaches...
So don't stress because of exams... study and solve them the best way you can!
