My co-workers have told me that there's this divorced woman (early 40's, but looks YOUNGER), at the office, who seems to find me attractive.
This statement has also been claimed by the woman's closest female friend.
The problem is: She's OLDER than I am, but looks good.
First, when I used to see her, she used to act like there was nothing going on and greeted me as if she HAD to.
Then, everything changed. She was much MORE friendly, but now I had started to act TOTALLY CARELESS towards her.
NOW: I like her and I have started to think a lot on her, but I just pretend I don’t care about, though curiousity is killing me!

HOWEVER, on Friday I gave her my e-mail address (through a friend and NOT in person), so she would write me. Plus, I wrote her an email, which she hasn't replied, yet.
Also, she saw me today and didn't even say a word to me.
I think I like her, but just don't know how to approach her and, even, to ask her out

Why can no longer a 40 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous such as you? while you're lovable, you're likable to each age. Do you think of once you're older you will like purely older human beings? youthful physique is captivating, crammed with potential, etc. do no longer hassle sorting out - she likes you! even possibly too plenty, so she has to regulate herself. yet... the attraction isn't each and every thing. once you will become previous you will comprehend it too. So, leave it on my own. it would desire to feed your conceitedness, yet do no longer decrease to rubble along with her, on the grounds which you will harm her. it rather is already a concern for you that she is older! So purely drop it. a woman at 40 does no longer anticipate or have self belief in a intense courting with a youthful guy. yet crashes do take place...She might desire to easily look for some style of a fling just to juice up her uninteresting existence or get some vanity going (i'm nonetheless an beautiful woman... and that i'm so lonely) i've got self belief that it rather is rather available that 2 souls discover one yet another regardless of the a while of their bodies... even with the undeniable fact that it does no longer sound that this might properly be a case.

This is possible! I am 37 and the guy that I have been seeing for the last 2.5 years is only 25. It can work as long as the younger individual is on a higher maturity level, or of course the older individual isn't.
I am sure that she is just as "ify" about the situation and how it will be perceived by others. Try and start a conversation with her so that you can see for yourself if she is interested. It was good for you to email her, but face to face is better. And, don't rely on others, people play games, unfortunately. She may have backed off b'c she did not get a positive reaction from you.

Well, you've heard of Ashton Kucher and Demi Moore. Sure it can happen. The only way to tell is to ask her out directly. You never know how an email is going to be taken. You think you are being funny. It reads sarcastic. So just ask her out. All she can do is say no.

Some older chicks go for young guys...and vice versa (older guys and young chicks)...I'm 41 and personally any guy young enough to be my kid is a total turnoff...and 20-something's in general just hold no appeal...
But neither do those over 50...
For some age matters...for others, it doesn't...
