Make sure all the yucky stuff is out.
The get a face washer...and put a tiny corner in hot water, apply only to nose after say 30 seconds of putting into hot water...the face washer to nose. Then repeat each time, until the pimple has just become red, and looks like....the facewasher has made it kind-of-stop-oozzing.Let it dry, and just leave alone...It should be o.k. after one day.The hot water kind of dries up all the stuff...But!!! Do not use hot water...that will make it painful...thats where the 30 seconds comes in o.k. to wait, then apply.

It needs to dry up first. I would put some rubbing alcohol on it. This should dry it up,to lighten up the redness, keep putting lemon juice on it, this should fade the skin in a few days.

Keep your face clean.... use a mild face cleanser - like phisoderm or something or mild acne soap.... Pimples take time to heal. If you keep your face clean and hair away from your forehead, you'll have less problems.
