i have really dark circles under my eyes, and sleeping doesn't seem to make them go away. Any ideas?

yeah its gross, but the supermodels use preperation H under their eyes to get rid of the circles....

Also start getting more omega fats like fish and walnuts into your diet and get off of the high meat protein diets.

If you have circles forming from your eyes you are going to have to catch up on a lot of sleep, first. Once you get yourself back into a pattern, or habit, of getting at least 6-8 hrs. a night, you are sure to see a reduction in the circles.

You could also get yourself a mini spa thing, too. If you can afford a day at the spa and get a facial, steaming, massaging done got fot it! If you can't, give yourself a facial with warm water, with a really good cleanser, and then place cucumber slices on your eyes for about 5-10 mins.

Good luck!
