You sound like me. Something IS bothering you.
I know i try to be strong for everyone, i can't say no to anyone, when i need help there is no help, and the person i love is not with me and at times i feel i can't have him and he will probably marry someone else! It all adds up and then before we know it, cry cry cry at a drop of a hat as they say.
Just think about your daily life and you will see that something is bothering you....take care
