You do nothing but what the teacher tells you. Don't tell on the student or pay attention to him. If you sqeal he will be very angry with you. There is no need to squeal because he is not hurting anyone. So just draw your shoe or whatever your crazy art teacher tells you to draw and Be friendly. Stay Groovy.

either suggest that he get focused and do what he's suppose to be doing so he don't fall behind and fail or get an anonymous note to the teacher of his actions!

pay attention and do your work, it's not your job to do anything but learn, if he's gonna get crap he's gonna get crap but either way he won't get it from you so why worry
