I was wondering what happens when a boy likes you and you like him but he doesn't ask you out so you ask him out and he says no! Because I liked this boy from year 8 and noww I'm in year 11 how do I make my feelings for him go away???

Concentrate on someone else or find something else to occupy your mind besides him. If he is rude to you enough and says no to you enough, you'll finally get the message.

just go for it . ask him out who says that the guy has to do it. its time for change.how long ago did you ask him out? if you like him and he likes you it'll happen and you'll be happier than ever knowing that you have your dream guy by your side.
