Technically, no. She did say yes. Whether she really wanted to or not she gave consent. Unless you left out something like you threatened her, then I don't see rape out of what you said. Legally, you have a reason to be worried. This could be turned into rape if she decides to press charges and gets a good lawyer. Someone on the first page said this isn't a "serious" case of rape. I guarantee you, if she does pursue this and gets you convicted you're not going to get a "light" sentence. Even if you don't get convicted, you'd be in trouble if it went very far. Rapists, even if not found guilty, are seen worse than murderers in our society. They could get you on coercion. You really shouldn't have pushed this, but I don't see rape anywhere in it. I have a feeling everybody who said yes would feel a lot different if the genders were reversed. I do agree, however, that while you didn't rape her, this wasn't the right thing to do and I can understand why she'd be mad. But that's different from rape.

I don't know about others but alot of kissing led up to having sex.
To me the kissing was as good as the sex. When you love someone all of it is good. Of course that was when I was 6 to 36 years of age and I have slowed down somewhat now at almost 50. But simple attraction can lead to marriage if both parties are into it and stay faithful to one another.

I don't care much for the kissing lets get DOWN to business ya know kissing is for the birds and the bees when it comes to sex, just my opinion though.

I'm a guy and I like to kiss alot but I don't think it's not really a love thing like you put it.It's really nothing your freaking out.some guys are different.

I'd like it better if we were kissing. But I wouldn't think he didn't love me. He was just more in2 the sex part instead of making out.

It depends on how much I like him, if I'm just horny then I really dont have time for kissing. If I like him a lot then definately.

If at first all he wants is sex then you know he's dating you for the sex, but if he waits untill your ready you better hold on to him.

it is important to me b/c it shows how he's into you and how affectionate he is.If the guy isnt really into kissing while having sex, than i don think he really look at you the same way you look at him...looks like he just want to do it and not love

i am not a really kissy kissy person...i enjoy it when i am in the mood to but otherwise i just wanna get it on...lol
i don't judge the other person on whether they want to kiss or not just because i know sometimes ii don't wanna.
