They should try Depends diapers for adults. I also think they should see a doctor if they still need diapers at 15.

what does he need it for? if it is bedwetting then the goodnites brand diapers go up to 125 pounds.

If they are crapping their pants, that is how you know whether to get a diaper or not. At that size I would say adult.
