I have no idea. Does the person know Jesus? That's always good.

No, a person will only go to hell for failing to trust in Jesus for their salvation. Jesus died once to pay for all of a believer's sins, past, present and future. The person who gets the divorce will have to suffer whatever earthly consequences that action brings about but it has no effect on their eternal destiny if they are a born again believer.
Hebrews 10:10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. 11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

Jesus does not speak about divorce alone only about divorcing and marrying another. That he calls adultery. And a person who knowingly and willingly commits adultery and does not repent will go to hell.

If there is no reason, then yes.
You're permitted to divorce if the man is running from the law. Or if he refuses to get a job and you have children to support.
The bible does not say anything about abusive, mentally or physically. So I guess thats ok.

No, one does not go to hell for divorce. One goes to hell for rejecting God-only.

Read the Bible.
If you don't believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you'll go to Hell, divorced or not.
But if you do believe in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you can repent of your sins.

Marriages are state-regulated contracts. Divorces, likewise, are regulated by the state. Hell has nothing to do with it.

We all need to repent from our sins if we want to be saved and go to Father's house.

if anyone tells you whether or not that person will go to hell, he or she is equating themself with God.
This question should not be asked on Yahoo! Answers but rather in a prayer.,
