he called you right? here is the thing, we are told not to be to eager with phone calls, he may think if he called right away he would seem eager, or you might think that sex is all he wanted. so he used time to his advantage. but if he called ya he likes ya

You really need to say more then what you have said .
Do you really know this guy or did you just meet him?
If you have know him for a while yes he probably likes you
If you don't know him that well the you were probably a booty call and he's looking for more

Does he like you? He called, so he apparently doesn't hate you. If you like him then proceed...otherwise, tell him you aren't intersted after all.
