If the answer is "yes", then that proves that race has nothing to do with anti-illegal backlash. If the answer is "no" you are being dishonest.

My answer is yes. Illegal is illegal. You said "If the answer is "no" you are being dishonest." That is not true, it could also show that some Americans ARE racist.

how can i be dishonest by saying that anyone entering illegal, white, black, Canadian, etc. is OK behavior. Illegal is just that. Not legal. It would be different if we had no immigration laws. We have laws that do allow people to come into this country legally.
Remember, all of the people who came to this country legally. What a slap in the face to those who followed the law and entered the country the right way. Illegal is wrong no matter what. That is why we try to live in a society of laws. Not just the laws that you like and agree with. Race has nothing to do with following the law. By the way, if you do not like the law you must sill obey it until you and other can petition to have the law changed. Society without laws are called anarchy's.

YES!!

No one should enter the USA illegally. Since, 9/11 we should have stronger borders and strict screening there and at our sea/air ports.

I'm sure if Canadians, Mexicans or any one from from any country illegally entered the USA, did not demand rights they didn't have, did not drain welfare and other federal tax paid services to almost nothing, accepted work at fair wages, did not expect us to change our language to theirs, did not use fake ID's, drive without insurance, go to hospital ER's for all minor problems, did not illegally enter in MASSES, the problem would not be at the top of so many people's list of WRONG's being done to AMERICANS. It would not be as big a PROBLEM. But that is not the case so AMERICANS are MAD to the MAX.

It is 12 to 20 million and I would have to assume they were just as poor and difficult to educate and impacted our social services the same way as the current mix of illegals does. If that were the case then yes, I would feel the same.

Yes, I would be mad. I am mad at ANYONE entering our country illegally. To be true productive citizens, taxes need to be paid. On the same note, our government needs to enact laws that allow people to become citizens once they are here illegally. This will not solve all the issues but it would help. I believe that the majority of illegal folks are here because our country allows a better and safer lifestyle than their country. If this folks can make here illegally imagine what they can do as citizens!

That would be the same as a million white Americans cross the border, we want you as much over here as you want us over there.
And it would still be illegal. Canadians do not want to live in the US, your health care sucks.and so does your minimum wage. Just as Americans don't want to live in Canada unless you don't want to be in the Army. It's way too cold up here for 8 months of the year. Most of us live in Igloos. lol

It depends on their behavior. If they created gangs, played rap music all the time, trashed our neighborhoods, exploited state hospitals, demanded that we speak French, and flew the Canadian flag all the time in America, then yes I would be pissed.

Now, why in the world do you think millions of Canadians would want to leave Paradise to go to The USA. ?

If they were to enter illegally, I would be mad as hell!!

Illegal immigration is wrong. It is criminal, and the perpetrators should be punished with deportation.

If they do it illegally. The US all ready has a population problem. If they did it legally it would be fine because they keep track of the people that come through.
