I like this boy but he never notices me. and when I get near him I don`t know what to say. Got any advice?

girls who have the balls to walk to a boy and not wait for them to talk is a plus..ive done it many times and they say that they liked me for that...
dont think of what you should say..jus say whatever it is on your mind..

Well, i think you should be friends first. When you see him, you can just ask questions like how r u, what did you do, etc., Don't ask anything too personal yet until he feels comfortable with you. (Note this might take days or weeks) I think this will be good for you too since you can learn more about him and see if he is really the type of person you want.
OR the quickest way is tell one of his friends you think he is cute and you are interested. Then you wait and see what he does.

Well, you first have to think like a boy. Like what does he like, what does he like to do, and understand him if you talk to him about stuff. You make a friend out of him and maybe he'll like you. And just try smiling and saying hi. You never know IF he likes you. I tried it a lot of times, and it worked!
