soft spoken girls are attracted to soft spoken guys. that's why you haven't noticed it. start a conversation, make friends w/ girls.

That's hard to say but why don't you try being friendly to them. Just say hi and start a conversation. Perhaps they are waiting on you to be the aggressor.

learn to be more social and find common ground when talking to girls. it also helps to have a sense of humour (not that im saying you don't have one). keep your head up, i'm sure you will get your groove on soon enough.

how do you know they don't like you? maybe they are waiting for you to do something radical like say "hi" or something.
