comming from a shy guy.
ok 1 shy guys have LOW LOW LOW self confedense, and are scared to talk to you and see what you will say,they are scared to talk to you in general as they want you to talk to them,they know you proboley won't like them as most shy guys are nice but..bad conversationalists.
well those are my reasons but they account for most shyness in general.

Cause when u go up to a girl they expect you to say the right thing...so guy's take the shy approach so the women say's stuff first so then he know what he can say and she don't think he is just sick minded or whatever

well not all guys are shy just nice guys you know they are the momas boy.. But its the fear of rejection but hey women are just as shy so what can you say

I'm a guy I know these kinds of things.
Boys are shy because if they tell you
that they like you then if you say I don't like
then the boy is heartbroken?

they are just as scared of bieng rejected as we are so i guess that can make them pretty shy
