The most common word is "af" (אף), plural: apim (אפים).
Other words are "chotem" (חוטם) which is a bit more archaic but still in use, and "chartom" (חרטום), which is more like the nose of an animal, or a frontal part of something (ships, cars)...

Nostrils are "nechirayim" (נחיריים), which is a doubled form.
