There is NO right to return a car because you changed your mind.

I can not say this enough!!!

The 72 hours rule that everyone keeps talking about applies to in home sales. It does not apply when you go to a "normal place of business". It was designed to prevent people from being pressured into signing contracts just to get the salesman to leave their home. When you go to a place of business, you always have the option of walking out. You can not walk out of a sales situation in your own home.

When you take delivery of a vehicle, and drive it off the dealers lot, you own it!! The dealer is not required to take it back, and most likely will not. If he does, you will have to buy another vehicle from him, because he is not going to refund your money.

Some Damlier Chrysler dealers are offering a 30 day return policy on their new cars, but there are many fees and conditions attached.

None of this applies to you. You bought a car and drove it off the lot! You now own the car. You could ask if the dealer would be willing to BUY it back from you, but expect the price he offers you to be much less than you paid! The dealer is in business to sell cars and make a profit. He is not in business to let you take a car for a couple of days and then give it back!

Enjoy your car!!!

Yes, you can take it back; however, the very second you drive it off the lot, after signing the papers, you lose thousands of dollars in value. They will not by any means give you a full refund unless you're a damn good con-artist.
