How do you get a baby from stop crying?

Doxie's are barkers, period. Ours barks at every little thing. They have this "little dog with a big dog complex" thing going on. Very brave and bark until face to face and then turn tail and run.
Best bet is to try to keep him from seeing what he is barking at. During the day, if alot of kids are running around the neighborhood, I will close the blinds or he will bark constantly.

I have a cocker spaniel who loves to bark. Especially when the other dogs (pit bulls) are sleeping. He also loves to bark at himself in mirrors. I have been trying to break him of it for 2 years now. Usually putting him under my chair while i'm watching tv and keeping one of my feet on him seams to work.

I have a daschound, She barked all night long (Neighbors loved me) I noticed that she slept all day when things were quiet so I simply changed her schedule by keeping her up all day. My best rock CD blasting away on loop did it (Neighbors really loved me) But barking is just the first problem with daschounds.can't wait for your next question.

I have 2 little dogs and 1 is a dachshund. My solution? a bark collar--works great!

I have two and I wish you luck In the beginning I used a spray bottle with a little vinegar in the water and he would stop because he did not like the smell of it when it hit his nose

1) Put up with it
2) Get rid of your daschud
(3 Put a muzzle on him/her
