First do you know the secret ingredient in the gross fatty chicken? CRUELTY! They are treated like garbage in Kfc slaughterhouses, when they are 1 week old, they get debeaked and bloodied, than they are boiled ALIVE in scalding hot water. All that and the abuse, the poor chickens never get to see daylight, they are kept in small cages with other chickens and dont have any room to stretch a wing...PLUS the food there is loaded with greese and fat! Kinda funny because i just ate popeye's....but its evolution. man was born a carnivore. our bodies are specifically made to process meat. and its the food chain. chickens weren't meant to be "saved" and have a wonderful life or the world would have an over population of chickens. world hunger is a greater issue then saving the chickens.

No animal that is being raised for food is treated like royalty - would you rather a chicken live in the dark or millions of people go hungry chasing squirrels in the streets?

What is happening when a chicken is "bloodied"? Not familiar with that term. However fatty KFC is, it is flippin tasty stuff. I guess they use young chickens because they're so tender...
