I believe that as long as you check the fat content and salt percentage in the nuggets, you shouldn't have to worry about whether or not chicken nuggets are healthy. I'm hoping that you would be asking about chicken nuggets that are not from McDonald's or Burger King or any of the other main fast food chains that do not actually have chicken in their chicken nuggets. If you are asking about chain nuggets, then no. But if not then, just make sure you check all the labels available to decide if it's healthy enough for you and you only because all people are different.

Isn't healthy fast food an oxymoron? I'm not surprised at all by the nutrion information. Anything that can be made in a factor in who-knows-where, then shipped to a franchisee, reheated, and served with a gallon of coke can't have much more nutrional value than flavored cardboard. But if you think this is bad, go look at the nutrition info for Krispy Kreme.

They would be healthier backed rather than deep fried which would be really bad. Frozen chicken nuggets by Tyson in a box would not be my recommendation for a solid and overall healthy and satisfying meal.

18g of fat in a 30z serving is quite high, and probably not worth the taste factor of that stuff. As someone pointed out above, chickens don't have nuggets.

no thier not healthy. they have an outweigh of protien to fat count.

Protien and fat are best friends. you can bet if theres protien in usmtin, some fats there too.

in chicken nuggets case, theres more grams of fat than protien - which means it has added fat, to preserve the meat. your best bet is unbreaded, skinless chicken breast, whole white meat.
