Usually when I'm in his room to do my work, he twirls his dick so that when I glance to the side I see his sorry ***. Worse is is the fact that my 12 year old brother sometimes is in the room and sees him do this. It seems as if my brother looks up to my father, even when he's a smoker and sick sorry excuse for a father. What can I do? Should I call him out, report him to the cops? Its really sick...

Assuming you are serious about this the obvious thing is how wrong he is. Doesn't matter if his hand is in his pants or his pants are down. Besides going the police you might take his picture - covertly if possible - and email it to yourself as evidence of his behavior, and have it available for the police. Your mom should be there to assist you but apparently isn't. Does the reason for her not being there add credence to your dad's behavior? Does he have child pornography or look for teenage girls?
Bottom line he needs to be stopped for you and for your brother and for other potential victims.

If people in the neighborhood knows he's a perv I would let them know out loud at a large gathering the he's got the smallest d*** you have ever seen and he should stop trying to show you at the same time give the thumb and finger jester of a 1/4 inch.That might embarrass him to stop.

report to cops before your father goes too far ///tell your mom and talk to student guidance counsellor , open your mouth don't be afraid ..>> he will play on that save yourself before things get out of hand

Talk to your mother about it. if not then go to the cops with it because this should not be done around kids. I am really sorry to hear about your situation.

Talk to your dad first, and be very blunt that you do not like this.
What does your mother say, or is your mother there?
Tell him this is child abuse, and that he should get professional counsel ling.
I hope that he listens to you after you advise him of this Unsatisfactory behavior.

Yeah, report his sorry sick *****. Talk to your guidance counselor and she or he can help you with this perve. Just be sure that is what you want to do, because she or he may HAVE to report it.
