Before, I used to have a good stomache. Not to pudgy. Now, I have a little gut. But everytime I try to limit my eating, I get big migraine headaches. What can I do? What will help.

Remember high carb meals, pasta, potatoes, corn, etc - lead to a gut...... Eat smaller meals spaced more often than 3 meals a day. This will keep you fed without stretching your stomach.

Also, eat more lean protein (you can make great sauces for it) - I make wonderful omelets once a week with 1/2 cup of eggbeaters and 1 real egg (very low fat and almost all protein) along with cheese, mushrooms and even top it with a little sour cream and salsal.....tastes wonderful and fills you up - and I usually weigh less the next day..... HAH ... Eat lots of green vegetables
Eat fruit BEFORE your meal and try to stay with berries (a lot less sugar that other fruits and more antioxidants). Of course, stay away from starches, cornchips, potato chips, etc..... not much nutrition in it anyway.

Just remember that Sugar and starch = GUT..... real easy... we're not even counting calories...... and eat something every 3 hours so you never get really hungry.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information
