i wanna spill my heart out to let the girl i like know how much i like her but i don't know how to say it

It's my advice that you just be yourself and say what you want to her straight up. You might stammer it out or fumble over your words but you just might impress her with your honest effort. There is no guarantee that it will work but I believe that an honest effort gets good results more often than not.

Just speak from your heart, and I'm sure it will come out fine.
You don't need to prepare a speech, just let her know how much you care about her, how happy she makes you, etc.

if your to scared write it to her and if yoy have the balls to do it in person just take a walk with her and tell her how you feel and ask her out.
