An involuntary muscle is like your heart
A voluntary muscle is the muscles you can move (like the ones you strengthen)

Well - your heart is an involuntary muscle, along with many functions (like digestion of foods - that take muscle, as well as swallowing) which are non-voluntary - just to name a few.

The voluntary ones are the ones you can control.

Voluntary Muscle:muscle whose action is normally controlled by an individual's will; mainly skeletal muscle, composed of parallel bundles of striated, multinucleate fibers.

Invlountary Muscle:Any of the smooth muscles, except for the cardiac muscle, not under control of the will.

voluntary you can control, involuntary you can't because it's inside your body like when your eye jumps, that's involuntary because even if you put your hand over your eye, it keeps jumping.
