How to Get Rid of the Black Rings Around Your Eyes

As the skin surrounding the eyes is sensitive compared to the other parts of the body, more attention is required. The darker your scars appear, older you look and your pretty face turns unkempt due to these circles. Besides the dark circles you may come across other problems like conjunctivitis, swellings and there are many severe problems like lymphoma, cataract, inflammation of iris, etc. There are a few suggestions mentioned for simple eye problems below. Your eyes are the index of your face value. The prettier your eyes look the more speedy attention you may attract from the public.

Regular skin care is required to maintain the area surrounding your eyes. Use a gel or a cream and rub it gently around the orbital bone. The orbital bone is the area that falls directly under the eye structure. Be careful not to rub harshly when you rub around the eye area. The harsh rubbing can only lead to more irritation.

Apply the cream to the skin and relax for sometime. If you have to put on a facemask, then soak the little cotton pads into the soap water and place it on the eyes when they are closed. Otherwise, you may use them around 2 cucumber slices to make your eyes cooler. In this way you can provide a pleasant feeling to your eyes. And you can get rid of your dark circles around your eyes quickly. Your skin will glow when these circles vanish.

I remeber reading in a beauty mag that you don't get dark circles but, rather, you have a set amount of pigment throughout you're skin with a greater amount of dark pigment under your eyes. The amount of pigment you have varies as a product of genetics, etc. When you don't sleep, don't drink enough water, etc. the skin underneath your eyes DOESN'T become darker. Rather, the skin on the rest of your face becomes paler. This is due to a lack of blood flow. For example, when you don't sleep your blood vessels constrict and less blood gets to your face making you more pale. Therefore, the contrast is greater and your circles appear darker. When I read this I couldn't believe it. But then I tried applying a self tanner to my face after all nighters. Sure enough, the circles were diminished

Lack of sleep is the main cause of dark circles. Get a balance of 8-9 hours of sleep every night,

Lots of things, but you can do a few things about it.

a) get more rest
b) get vitamin A (found in green leafy veggies, eggs yolks, butter,
cream, fish oils, and liver)
c) from the inside corner of your eye to the outside, from eye lid
to cheek bone, wear a concelear that's one shade lighter than
your foundation. If it has a yellow tint then it would hide the
blue/purple circle even better.

Hope that helps.

Well I always have dark circles (minor) because of genetics, but I think in your case it's maybe because of lack of sleep and too much stress.

Allergies. And when you lack sleep, your skin pales and blood becomes more visible. It also may be from stress. Most women cover it up with some concealer and hope to god their eyes don't water.

I always notice them on me when I dont get enough sleep. So I think its important to always be well rested. And maybe use some sort of eye cream to prevent them.
