Because anything that you Boil,, always Loses some Vitamins and Mineral from the 'Boiling Water', right ??

Where on earth did you hear that. If your more worried about vitamins I'd skip the Pasta and watch my waist line. There are no what we call "Useable" vitamins in pasta, meaning A and C, zero the last time I looked. It's Flour, water and sometimes egg, that's it. Look at your bread ingrediants, hhhmmmmm "fortified" with vitamins, does that mean they weren't in there in the first place?
You want vitamins? after you boil that Pasta grate that cheese and make some Mac&Cheese,OH BOY!

Yup, it's true. Best way to keep the vitamins in is to eat it al dente, but remember, you can always just have a vitamin supplement.

Pasta doesn't have any usable vitamins. This is true for vegetables and fruits (like apples) that you boil.

I doubt that there is any vitamins in Spaghetti! Could be wrong!

Well, it does but don't worry - there's not much nutrition in spaghetti..... tastes better when it's not cooked all the way - anyway......
