no because sometimes when the milk is being processed it gets heated up, and thats almost like boiling it, the calcium is the milk, so it isnt being destroyed because its not like the calcium is some kind of germ that can be destriyed, its the milk itself

No. Calcium is an ion dissolved in milk, and simply microwaving or boiling it will not affect it.
