What are you asking? Are you saying that you and Girl #1 liked each other and now she still likes you but you don't like her anymore - and that the two of you were never officially dating? And that now you like Girl #2? Or are you saying that you used to like Girl #1 and then you found Girl #2 and now Girl #1 likes you? PLEASE CLARIFY AND POST AGAIN - I WILL TRY TO HELP YOU OUT! Either way, though, you probably should be honest with both girls so that they don't get hurt.

man up. Be up front with that you are withe first one. You need to let her know that you are with the second one now and if she wants to be your friend then ok but let her know and stop trying to play both sides. It wont work.

stick with the girl you like right now. it's not your fault that the girl you used to like likes you now. she didn't like you when you used to like her and thats why you've moved on and found a girl you like that likes you back. too bad for the other girl, she lost her chance.
