how important is sense of humor in a relationship?
I mean where does it rank among the most important things in a relationship?

sense of humor is what would be kept in the long run. So if I were looking for a serious relationship then it would be number one most important, but if I were to be looking for fun, one night stand then I'd just go for bud face and size of you know what then sense of humor

it's pretty important. depends on the type of person you are and your specific need for comedy in your life, but it's generally always in at least the top 10, if not the in top 5. closeness will always be more important, humor can act as a wall rather than means of being close, but its usually necessary in a relationship.

Hmmm, it depends on wether or not you and your guy like to joke around. To a person like me a good sense of humor is in my top five most important things in a relationship.

For each person, it's totally different. A sense of humor is like ketchup. Some people put it on everything while others only use it once in a while. You just have to read the girl you're trying to get to see how much she uses.

It's somewhere on the list. I would prefer them to have a sense of humor, but I do believe there are more important things.

definitely in the top 5.
if a guy has little or no sense of humor, i can't really get along with him. if we can't goof around, what are we going to do together when there's nothing else to do? that and i'm always cracking a joke or doing something silly, so that type of guy wouldn't match me at all.i place a high importance of humor up there with sex, snuggling, and a big sexy brain.

It's possibly the most important thing in a relationship to me. After all, you want to enjoy being around the person you're with. However, someone who is shy may not have a strong sense of humour.
Better question is -- how important is it to you? I think you may have someone specific in mind.

i think a sense of humor is important in a relationship to me it show he has a personality and can make me laugh. wouldn't want to be with someone who is always serious.
