I like Saltine Crackers when I'm craving something salty. Baked Lay's Chips are salty tasting too, but a lot better for you than the original.

Pretzels work for me because they are salty, but they fill you up unlike potato chips. And they usually have very little fat. You should try Snyder's of Hanover Nibblers, lots of yummy flavors!

this answer might seem weruid but it can work. One thing you can do is pour some salt or watever you crave and smell it. Smell it while watching tv, reading, writng, whatever! After smelling it for so long you begin to feel sick of the smell and just can't eat that food. OR! this may seem DIGUSTING!!!!!!! but chew on the food then spit it out bfore you swallow it,yes it's gross but it gives you the tste without the calories!

Try Sun Chips, they are adequately salty and 30% less fat.
