What is the best way to remove the following makeup? Nail polish, waterproof mascara, all day lipstick. Also, what is the easiest way to get hair back to the way it was after having hot rollers and hairspray used on it?

wow. what, did you lose a bet or something?! ;) anyways, to start off...
nail polish- nailpolish remover on a cotton ball or just plain old tp.
waterproof mascara- soap, water, and rubbing. make sure not to get it into your eyes though. it hurts like hell.
all day lipstick- i dont know. probably to just keep attempting to rub it off. it will eventually.
and for the hair- just was it. make sure to use shampoo. when you get out of the shower and it dries it should look just like it did before.

A shower is the only way to get the hairspray out of it that I know of, also for your mascara issue, try MaryKay oil-free makeup remover it works like a dream and everybody I talk to who I see has is says the exact same thing. And it doesn't make your skin breakout. Nail Polish just go to the nailpolish area at a local store and get nail polish remover and cotton puffs, or toilet paper.

Nail polish - DOH..... nail polish remover (acetone for natural nails)
Waterproof Mascara - there is an 'oil-based' remover that will take it right off.
All day lipstick - don't know - because it never lasts all day.....
Wash your hair.......
