Which bothers you more, that some are atheistic, or that some believe in God but not in Jesus as their Savior? I'm just curious - I'm not sure what the focus of the arguments are sometimes. These are 2 very different arguments.

For atheists, (which I am), the main argument is that there is no God, so by default Jesus was not the son of God. So the central question is about the existance of God in general. Although in answering your question, I would have to say that it seems to bother Christians more that atheists do not believe in God. The argument never reached the point of arguing over Jesus as the messiah because we cant even get past the issue of God first.

For me, it's completely logical that God exists. I think pretty much everyone of many religions agree that Jesus exists, but different religions disagree about who He is. I believe that Jesus is God the Son, and the Messiah who came to take away the sins of the world.

I was brought up in a very catholic surrounding, and what I understood about that is that Jesus and the Messiah are the same person: God while on earth.!!
About atheists ,they believe neither in God ,Jesus, nor religion.

I believe that they are arguing both. I am not bother by their arguments but I just stay away from them because that's what I believe that God commanded believers to not do and that debate with scoffers and heretics would reject God and his Words. My focus is only to learn of other faiths and religions not non religious nonsense.

It is important to acknowledge the existence of God. It is also important to recognize that Jesus is the one and only Savior. But belief in God is primary and first.

neither, if they want to believe that there is no God, or that Jesus is not the messiah, then I leave it in Gods hands,
when he wants them to know then his spirit will descend on them and they will know the difference.
just like he did with me.
I read a lot of statements here, and I just smile and think, just wait until you know the truth.
