For hair growth.....time and getting routine hair cuts as far as thickness try hair vitamins and get shampoo and conditioner that makes it appear thicker because if your hair is naturally thin there is really nothing you can do about that!

Prenatal vitamins are the best for hair that grows strong and thick and fast. The folic acid and other B vitamins are what do the trick! You don't have to be pregnant to take them, they make a great daily multi-v for women.

You don't. You have to be born with the genes for it.
Either you have it, or you don't.
You could try extensions that are store bought, or have them professionally put in. They add obvious volume to hair.
