Try getting a can of Oust. It doesn't just add scent to mask odors. It comes scented or unscented and it's made to take odors OUT of a room, not just cover up other odors. I smoke and have a few friends that don't. When they come over I spray the house real good with that and they say it really works. Because I smoke, I can't tell the difference, but to a non-smoker, they can tell the difference. It's about $4 a can and I THINK Lysol makes it.

Airfreshner is good to get rid of the smell if you have any, but I am a smoker so I don't know if that actually works cuase I can't smell smoke no matter where I go.

Or if you have some body spray with you, you could spray it all over the room, just be careful not to gas yourself with sprays, lol.

Good Luck

If you can get to a store, get some febreze or some vinegar and spray every surface you can. It's going to be in everything, including the carpet and the walls.

If you can't, see if the hotel has a laundry, strip the bed and rewash the sheets and flip the mattress if possible.

Unfortunately, there's not a lot you can do. (I know how you feel, I hate that smell. If I have to stay in a smoking room, the smell will wake me up in the night. Gross.)

Good luck!

Buy febreeze spray and also boxes of arm and hammer baking soda. Put the baking soda around the room in opened boxes or sprinkled in ash trays or half a styrofoam cups. It will help absorb the odor.
